Warranty

All Fervon electronic devices are backed by a 1-year warranty period, although the duration may vary based on the country of purchase.

At Fervon, we are deeply committed to upholding product quality. Each item is subjected to thorough inspection and testing to ensure it adheres to our stringent standards.

This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials during normal use of the product. If you report a defect to Fervon within the warranty period due to faulty workmanship, we will, at our discretion, replace the device at no cost to you*. Should a repair be feasible, we will supply a return shipment label at no charge, arrange the necessary repairs, and manage the return shipping.

The warranty encompasses all functional parts of the device. However, it does NOT cover cosmetic damage resulting from normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the device will void the warranty.

To receive service under this Limited Warranty, you must provide Fervon with the original proof of purchase from an authorized Fervon retailer.

*Please note that any replacement items will carry the warranty period from the original date of purchase. The charging cable is not included in the warranty coverage.
