Refund Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any item purchased from Fervon. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products or those marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@fervon.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. RETURN SHIPPING
Fervon covers the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
